**Position:** Cargo Agent / Customer Service

**Industry:** International Airline company

**Location:** San Francisco Airport/SFO, CA

**Pay:** $19-20/hr DOE with benefits

**Status:** Full time + benefits

**Duties:**

* Oversee the loading, unloading, and security of cargo consistent with regulations.

* Troubleshoot problems and ensure efficient cargo delivery.

* Monitor and record inventories and track all inbound/outbound cargo.

* Perform general administrative duties

**Qualification:**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

* Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary

* Japanese language skill is a plus but not necessary.
